About the club
The Philadelphia
Little Quakers
Founded in 1953 by entrepreneur and football enthusiast Mr. Robert Levy, The Philadelphia Little Quakers quickly became his life-long passion and pride as he showcased the best youth football players and coaches throughout the country.
Each fall, the Little Quakers are selected from among the very best 15U football players throughout the Delaware Valley to play an abbreviated schedule which compliments the players' respective school schedules. At least one of the four games on the Little Quaker schedule includes an exciting and educational trip to another region of the United States. In the past the team has visited destinations in Florida, Texas, New Orleans, California, Georgia and Hawaii.
In addition the team experiences the thrill of playing at least one home game at historic Franklin Field at the University of Pennsylvania; the nation's oldest extant stadium where legends of football fame have graced the gridiron for over 100 years. The Little Quakers legacy lives on through the many successful Little Quaker alumni, many who have gone on to play at the highest levels of high school, college and professional football.
